Redstone Senior Account Coordinator Nzinga Brown is a 2018 recipient of the Canadian Society of Association Executives’ (CSAE) Donna Mary Shaw Award.
The Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE) presented its Annual Awards at the 2018 conference in Ottawa on October 26, 2018, including the Donna Mary Shaw Award, which was presented to Nzinga Brown, Senior Account Coordinator at Redstone. This award recognizes emerging not-for-profit professionals and helps to develop tomorrow association leaders by providing resources, education and mentorship.
Named in honour of the late Donna Mary Shaw, who was dedicated to advancing association management and the mentoring of youth, the Donna Mary Shaw Award assists emerging professionals wishing to pursue careers in the not-for-profit sector. Nzinga joins an esteemed list of Donna Mary Shaw award recipients, including Redstone account manager Natalie Wallace, CAE and director of association management and consulting services Maddy Marchildon. You can read more about the Donna Mary Shaw Award here.
Nzinga has been part of the #REDSQUAD for almost two years, joining Redstone as an Account Coordinator in November 2016. She quickly excelled in her role and moved to the role of senior account coordinator in 2017. She consistently demonstrates leadership, strategic thinking and teamwork, and frequently receives highly positive feedback from her clients. As part of her career development at Redstone, the Donna Mary Shaw award provides her the opportunity to pursue mentorship opportunities and begin working towards her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation.
The Redstone team congratulates Nzinga on this achievement and recognizes her significant contributions to our client portfolios and to the not-for-profit sector. Click here to learn more about the CSAE conference and Redstone’s other awards and achievements.
